Data extract retrieved 29 October 2026 through the OpenStreetMap API.

The coastline data in coast.json and its derived geographical mask are made
available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0:
https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/

The coastline follows shared OpenStreetMap node IDs without synthetic joins.
Raster land masks are clipped outside the displayed map extent. See
coast-source.json and the preparation scripts for provenance.

The application code, property photographs, satellite imagery and PDF
catalogues have their own respective licenses and sources.
